EXPODEPOR 2022

Expodepor 2022 will be held on April 22 and 23, 2022 at IFEMA – Feria de Madrid (HALL 12) with an exhibition space of more than 10,000m2 where some of the most prestigious Running Community brands will meet.

All participants of the Zurich Rock ´n´ Roll Running Series Madrid must collect their runner kit at Expodepor 2022.

Expodepor 2022 will have two types of visitors:

Participants of the Zurich Rock ´n´ Roll Running Series Madrid who will be able to access Expodepor 2022 by showing their proof of registration for the race.

Visitors and / or companions NOT REGISTERED to the Zurich Rock ´n´ Roll Running Series Madrid who must register as visitors to Expodepor 2022 in the following link and show their proof of EXPO registration:

BIB NUMBER & PARTICIPANT KIT PICK UP

Pick-up location: EXPODEPOR 2022 – IFEMA – HALL 12
Schedules:
- Friday April 22^nd from 10am to 8pm
- Saturday April 23^rd from 10am to 8pm

IMPORTANT:

NO bibs will be delivered on the day of the race.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY BIB NUMBER?

To pick up the bib number it will be compulsory to present the following documentation (printed or digital):

Official LOCATOR OF REGISTRATION or Bib Number pick up QR Code.
ID, Passport or identification document with Photo.

If you have not received the Bib Number pick up QR Code, you can download the Official LOCATOR OF REGISTRATION by entering into your registration manager from this link:

This rule is totally immovable and bib numbers will not be delivered without presenting the requested documentation.

CAN I PICK UP THE BIB NUMBER OF SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, the number of another participant can be collected by presenting the requested documentation of the registered participant.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP ANOTHER PARTICIPANT’S BIB NUMBER?

To collect the bib number of another person, it will be compulsory to present the following documentation (printed or digital) of the registered participant:

Official LOCATOR OF REGISTRATION or Bib Number pick up QR Code.
ID, Passport or identification document with Photo (of the race participant)

This rule is totally immovable and numbers will not be delivered without presenting the requested documentation.

RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended to attend to Expodepor 2022 on Friday 22^nd morning and Saturday 23^rd afternoon to avoid possible waits when accessing the pavilion, due to its legal Pavilion capacity stipulated by IFEMA.
It is recommended to have photos or screenshots of the requested documentation on your mobile to speed up the collection process.

IT IS TOTALLY FORBIDDEN TO RUN WITHOUT A BIB NUMBER, WITH THE BIB NUMBER OF ANOTHER PARTICIPANT OR WITH A FAKE BIB NUMBER. IF ANY PARTICIPANT FAILS THIS RULE, THEY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED AND MAY INCURRATE A SANCTION THAT PREVENTS THEIR PARTICIPATION IN NEXT EDITIONS AND / OR RACES ORGANIZED BY AD. MAPOMA.
